We’re not just talking about saving money on phone lines and long distance fees. A hosted VOIP Phone System will let you run your business more efficiently.

Mobility is key. What if you weren’t tied to a physical office location? You could work from home or even on the road, yet your clients wouldn’t know the difference. You can downsize or eliminate your office saving you thousands.

Better coverage. Route your calls based on business opportunities or employee hours. Why sit by the phone when you can be out closing deals? Setup a ring group with remote employees and forward unanswered calls to cell phones so you never skip a beat.

Visibility is power. Keep an eye on your business at all times. See calls as they come in and make sure they are being handled properly. You can even monitor employees to make sure sales aren’t slipping through the cracks.

Whether you’re a techie or business owner, ActiveServe will tailor a Hosted VOIP Phone System to meet your needs…

Click to start saving!

Hosting used to be all about websites, but is it time to go hosted with your business software?

There are many advantages to moving your business applications and data to a hosted environment:

Secure Access, Anytime, Anywhere

Data Loss Protection

Automated Backups and Archiving

Multi-User Access

Eliminate Costly IT Server Support

Allow Accountant Remote Access

Save time and money!

With the revolution of the Apple iPad and thin clients, businesses all over the world are moving to a Hosted Application model. The technology has been around for years, but the lack of Internet bandwidth and wireless connectivity has dampened wide-spread use. The time has come… don’t be left behind!

As an example, ActiveServe’s Hosted QuickBooks Server provides you with complete reliability and the same functionality as if it were installed on your desktop. With our secure 128 bit encrypted connection, your employees (and your accountant) have access to your data anytime, anywhere – no more having to take time to transfer files every day. For your protection, all data and transactions are backed up nightly and stored offsite.

Prices starting at $99/mo.

The only things that are certain in today’s “connected” business world is that the unexpected will happen; it will happen when it is least convenient; and every aspect of your business is vulnerable. Your systems could be offline for a few hours or a few days… but even one hour of down time can mean the difference between you closing a deal or your competitor getting the deal. Can you afford to roll the dice, and hope it doesn’t happen to you?

What is it worth to your business to have a complete back up of your operating systems, a complete back up of all files and your highly specialized software applications continuously running on our dedicated servers?
